We chose nonextraction therapy to distalize maxillary second molars with facebow and headgear.The final result were excellent occlusal relationship and improved facial esthetic.

• 本病例在患者不愿拔牙及高度配合意愿下，将上颚第二大臼齿以面弓加上头帽往远心移动，并配合固定式之矫正装置，完成非拔牙的矫正治疗。
