There were marked decrease of actin in myocardium from 13 cases of SMDS, slight decrease in 2 cases,and no decrease in 1 case of SMDS.

• 16例青壮年猝死综合征病例中 ,有 13例心肌细胞内肌动蛋白明显缺失 ,2例轻度缺失 ,1例无缺失。
