The applications of SSR in rice genetics and breeding including construction of genetic linkage map,identification of gene,QTL(quantitative trait loci) analysis,variety identification and maker-assisted selection breeding were summarized in this paper.

• 笔者对SSR标记在构建水稻分子遗传图谱、基因定位和克隆、QTL(quantitative trait loci)分析、品种鉴定、分子标记辅助选择育种等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
