The anti-mitochondrial antibody(AMA) and the anti-nuclear antibody(ANA) in sera of 91 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC) were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay,and the immunoblot assay was used to detect the subtypes of AMA.
