The Aluminized silicon coating on superalloy K438 is prepared by diffusing in high temperature. The oxidation behavior of the coating is investigated at 1000 in air, for 500h by OM, SEM, EDX, and so on and the role of the silicon is also investigated.

• 本研究采用热扩散的方法，在K438高温合金表面制备了Al-Si涂层，经1000℃，500h高温氧化性能试验，通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱等对试样表面、截面观察分析，讨论渗铝硅涂层的抗高温氧化性能，并对硅的作用机理进行探讨。
