Successful applicants will receive Acceptance Letter 10 days before the race. If not, MUST contact HKAAA before 12 December, 2008 to check their entries. No entry will be accepted on the race day.

• 如报名被接纳，运动员将于赛前10天收到接纳通知书，如未收到，必须于2008年12月12日前联络本会，以便查核报名资料。大会不设现场报名。
