Objective and Methods:118 patients suffered from ASD,VSD,PECD,PAPVC,and RHD MI were operated on open heart surgery through a small right thoracotomy under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). The average age was 15.5 years,the average CPB time was 46.9 minutes.
