Methods Peripheral blood amount of EOS, serum concentration of ECP and IgE were detected in 43 asthma patients and 25 controls by IMMULITE and Behring Nephelometes 100. All of the children received the skin test of dust mite extract during interview.

• 方法 分别采用美国IMMULITE化学发光仪和德国BN10 0特种蛋白仪检测 4 3例支气管哮喘患儿和 2 5例正常对照血清ECP、IgE浓度及外周血EOS数值 ,并与尘螨皮试的变化相比较。
