Its sampling rate can reach up to 30 frames per second when using QCIF format,while 15 frames per second can be obtained for CIF format. We also use AVICap multimedia interface provided by VC++ for Windows to make software for capturing video on time.

• 当采用CIF格式采集时，帧率为15帧/秒，采用QCIF格式采集时，帧率可达到30帧/秒。 并且利用Visual C++语言所提供的多媒体控制接口AVICap编程，用软件代替硬件视频采集卡的功能。
