In this paper, several kinds of interface in TMN are introduced frist. On the basis of it , Q3 interface used for the TMN management of standardization and openingis described emphatically, followed by management infor mation model based on CMIP in Q3.

• 文中首先简要介绍了TMN中的各种接口,在此基础上重点讲述了适合于标准化、开放化管理的Q3接口,并分析设计了Q3接口中基于CMIP的管理信息模型。
