In 26 CML patients received allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (allo-PBSCT ) and 4 CML patients treated with imatinib, the expression of bcr-abl mRNA and DNA-PKcs protein was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively.
