By analysizing the conflict between current coordinate systems adapted by China and GPS coordinate system, this paper studied the theory on coordinates transformation and distance constraints.

• 摘要从我国测绘采用的坐标系统与GPS定位的坐标系统的转换分析着手，对坐标转换和距离约束进行了理论研究；
