Blood was taken for phosphorus,calcium,creatinine and intact PTH determinations at the following intervals:2 day,7 day,and 14day. Parathyroid glands were removed for immunohistochemistry of PCNA at 14 th day.

• 术后第 2、7、14d测定血磷 (P)、血钙 (Ca)、血肌酐 (Cr)、甲状旁腺激素 (PTH) ,第 14d检测甲状旁腺核增殖抗原 (PCNA)。
