Before and after treatment, the level of IgG, IgA, IgM, CD 3, CD 4, CD 8, CD 4/CD 8 and the ranges of red cell C 3b receiver of patients in both groups were determined to observe their changes on immune targets.

• 对 2组各 35例急性HSP患儿治疗前后进行免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、T淋巴细胞总数 (CD3)、T辅助细胞总数 (CD4 )、T抑制细胞总数 (CD8)、CD4 CD8比值及红细胞C3b受体花环的检测 ,观察 2组治疗前后免疫指标的变化。
