Abstract: This paper introduces the treating process, procedures and method for a crack on the intercept valve (ICV) base of Mitsubishi 700 MW unit steam turbine in Zhuhai Power Station.

• 汽轮机主汽门、中压调门阀体多为铸钢件，由于铸造生产工艺比较复杂，影响铸钢件缺陷的因素很多，如铸型工艺、铸型材料、模具、铸钢成分、铸钢的熔炼与浇注等。
