Abstract This research described a story about growth of a learning community in which the kindergarten tyro teachers consisted mainly and the researcher participate all the way.

• 摘 要 本研究描述了以幼儿园新手教师为主体，研究者全程参与的一个学习共同体成长的故事,展现了学习共同体的建立、发展的具体过程，剖析了学习共同体在其前进道路上可能遭遇的问题及其原因，探讨了影响学习共同体发展的因素。
