A 28 year-old woman with positive right cerebellar sign and bilateral papilledema was diagnosed as right cystic cerebellar hemangioblastoma which was clearly demonstrated by vertebral arteriography.

• 一个28岁女性，由于具有右侧小脑病变徵候及两侧视神经乳头水肿而作脊椎动脉血管摄影检查。结果发现右小脑半球有一囊状血管母细胞瘤。眼底检查并无视网膜血液检查亦无红血球过多症。
