1997年1月对贵阳市所辖10个县、区1995年出生儿童的建卡情况进行了调查，流动儿童卡片占总卡片数的17.40%（481/2764），其中城区流动儿童卡片占38.08%（353/927）。

• In January 1997,an investigation on the card establishment of children born in 1995 was carried out in 10 counties and districts governed under the Guiyang city. The cards of floating children accounted for 17 4%25 (481/2 764) of the total established cards, of which 38.08%25 (353/927) were floating children in urban area.
