本合同或任何适用的法令规章给予或规定的有利于拖轮船东或租船人的全部例外、豁免、辩护、免除、责任限制、赔偿、优惠和条件

• All exceptions, exemptions, defences, immunities, limitations of liability, indemnities, privileges and conditions granted or provided by this Agreement or by any applicable statute rule or regulation for the benefit of the Tug owner or Hirer
