When performing Redo Apply, a physical standby database can use the real-time apply feature to apply redo directly from the standby redo log files as they are being written by the RFS process.

• 默认情况下，对备用数据库应用的重做数据来自于备用数据库上的归档日志文件。当执行重做数据应用时，通过使用real-time apply参数，备用数据库可以直接应用来自备用日志文件的重做数据，而不是来自于归档日志文件，当然，备用日志文件中的这些重做数据是由rfs进程写进去的。
