We prove,using the method of IOM-Groups,that the solvable groups whose each subgroup and each factor are Az-Groups or Abel groups are M-Groups,and the group which is Az-Group and IOM-Group is M-Group,etc.

• 本文利用 IOM-群的方法证明了 :若有限群 G的每一子群和因子群为 Az-群或 Abel群 ；则 G为 M-群 ; G既是 IOM-群又是 Az-群 ；则 G为M-群 .
