We examined the fourteenth generation individuals of three lineages 111, 151 and 133 of Xishuangbanna miniature pig inbred JS substrain using screened 12 polymorphic RAPD primers. 137 highly repeated and clear RAPD markers were amplified.

• 采用经过筛选的具有丰富多态性的12条RAPD引物对西双版纳小型猪近交系JS亚系的111、151、133三个家系第14代个体进行了RAPD检测，共扩增出137个重复性高、清晰的RAPD标记，单个引物获得的标记数在5~17之间。
