We discuss a number of BRV cases where related differential diagnoses have been excluded, there has been a good response to anti-migrainous drugs, and there has been more than two years of follow-up.

• 在本报告中认为病人的眩晕发作与偏头痛有关是基于3点理由：1）谨慎的删除许多相关的鑑别诊断，如典型的梅尼尔氏症，自体免疫内耳疾病等，2）病人的眩晕发作对于抗偏头痛的药物反应良好，3）追踪病人至少2年以上。
