Using prospective clinical research methods,we observe the relation between using the tailed IUD and cervical erosion,and then compare the cases using tailed IUD with those using the non-tailed IUD.

• 方法采用前瞻性临床研究方法,观察有尾丝IUD与宫颈糜烂的发病关系,并与无尾丝IUD进行对比。结果宫颈糜烂发生率:放置IUD后3、5和8年,置入无尾丝IUD者和有尾丝IUD者的宫颈糜烂发生率差异均有统计学意义,且均以置入有尾丝IUD者高于无尾丝IUD者。
