Using SABCassays detected gene expression of Bcl-2. Results: ASAC significantly inhibited the proliferation of SMMC-7721 cells by inducing apoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells and the inhibitory effect was dose- and time-dependent.
