Using HiTrap Anti-E Tag column, the scFvs4-16 were purified by affinity chromatography. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of purified scFvs was analyzed. The consistencies and bioactivity of purified scFvs4-16 were measured by Bradford method.
