Urethral catheters were remained, and suitable urethral dilation was arranged postoperatively.Results:25 cases have been followed up, 20 cases can micturate normally, the cure rate being 80%.

• 结果:25例均获随访，20例排尿正常，治愈率80%25；失败5例，均改为开放手术治愈；2例发生尿外渗。
