Two signaling cascades had emerged as major players in the AngII-induced vascular endothelial cell proliferation: the PI3K-p70 S6K cascade and the Ras-p42/p44 MAPK cascade.

• 结论：（1）慢性CsA肾病肾移植患者肾组织局部RAS活化，CsA刺激血管内皮细胞分泌AngII，蛋白质合成增加。（2）AngII刺激血管内皮细胞蛋白质合成增加通过激活PI3K-p70 S6K和Ras-p42/p44 MAPK两条信号通路。
