Totally 18 male Wister rats were randomly devided into 6 groups: the normal group, the model group, the positive controlled group, the high dosage group, the middle dosage group, the low dosage group, of 20 rats in each group.

• 以Wister雄性大鼠为受试对象,将120只大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、水丸高剂量组、水丸中剂量组、水丸低剂量组,每组20只,除空白组,其余五组全部造模。
