To study the effects of Vitamin C?Cu System on the inactivation of hepatitis A virus(HAV),the Nj?3 strain of HAV was cultured in the PLC/PRF/5 liver cells and was inactivated by Vitamin C alone,Cu??2+? alone and Vitamin C?Cu system in PBS.
