This thesis analyze limite precision between tension and roller loosed loop guage control system,so this require to improve material thickness precision,use roller of minimum eccentricity in first machine and DAGC.

• 分析出张力与辊缝闭环的厚控系统存在极限精度,所以要求提高坯料厚度精度、第一机架用偏心最小的轧辊和DAGC。
