This study establishes a theoretical analysis framework for entry mode choice of foreign investment in china retail by colligating exclusive resources theory and transaction cost theory.

• 笔者通过综合资源专有性理论和交易成本理论，对中国零售业外商投资进入模式选择建立了一个理论分析框架，然后在此基础上，对影响中国零售业外商投资进入模式的区位因素进行了实证研究，并根据研究结论提出了正确引导与利用跨国零售业在中国投资的措施建议。
