This paper deals with the connection of CSV diffluence-power and structure and a new idea of initiative design was performed and the CSV volume was optimize designed, the visualization technique was carried out to study variator components stress.

• 本文主要研究了组合式无级变速器的分流功率与具体结构参数之间的关系，提出了一种主动没计的新思路，同时对组合式无级变速器的体积进行了优化设计，另外运用可视化技术对变速器部件的应力进行了研究。
