The thesis is based on the rheology and hydrokinetics of the polymer melt,and calculates the velocity in the die by FEM simulation,and provides die design with theory proof.

• 本论文中功能块结构的研究，是以熔体的流变性以及流体动力学理论基础上，对在口模中的熔体进行数值模拟，计算出熔体在口模中的流动参数(主要是速度的分布)，从而可以科学的对功能块几何结构进行优化。
