The structure of the layer and the composition distribution in the layer wei-e abserved and analysed by TEM,SEM and EDX. Analysis of phase structure was also carried out by special zone electron diffraction technique.

• 本文采用SEM、TEM观察过渡层的组织形态，利用选区电子衍射技术分析各组织的相结构，采用X射线能谱仪分析过渡层内的成分分布。
