The solubilization action of hydrophobic organic compounds 1,4-dichlorobenzene (DCB), 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene (TCB), biphenyl (BP) and pyrene (Py) by sodium castor oil sulfonate (SCOS) microemulsions was studied.
