The size of VSD, distance from VSD to aortic valve(AOV) and to tricuspid valve(TV),and color width of VSD shunt were measured on unconventional parasternal long axis of left ventricle, short axis of arota and parasternal five chamber views.

• 采用非标准左室长轴、大血管短轴及五腔心切面 ,术前测量 VSD的大小、离主动脉瓣、三尖瓣的距离以及彩色分流的宽度 ,术中指导释放封堵器。
