The results showed that the resulted chip was qualified for FDY production with full-package rate higher than 95% and dyeingM rate above 85%.

• 结果表明 :改变若干操作条件 ,用 QTA替代部分 PTA是可行的 ,切片质量符合 FDY纺丝要求 ,所纺 FDY满卷率大于 95%25 ,染色 M率大于 85%25。
