The results showed that the levels of CMH and CDH in KBv 200 cells were higher than in KB cells, CMH was much more markedly increased, PPMP could reverse MDR by inhibiting CMH synthesis.

• 结果发现 ,KBv2 0 0 的CMH和CDH表达较KB强 ,尤以CMH为著 ,PPMP能抑制KBv2 0 0 细胞CMH的合成 ,并能逆转KBv2 0 0 对长春新碱 (VCR)的耐药性。
