• 单一用药的化疗药物敏感性顺序为：顺铂、博莱霉素、氨甲喋呤、5-氟脲嘧啶，以顺铂为主的联合用药化疗方案的抗癌作用明显优于单一用药，并在较低浓度时亦能达到50%25以上的肿瘤生长抑制率。
