The proto-oncogen Bcl-2 encodes a protein which inhibits programmed cell death (apoptosis) ,we investigated the expression of Bcl-2 in 12 cases of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and 10 cases of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of skin.
