The percentage of leukemic cells killed in vitrowas correlated well with the outcome of clinical chemotherapy only in the cases te-sted with Ara-C, Ara-C + DNR (AD), VCR + Pred (VP), H + VCR + Ara-C + Pred(HOAP).

• 结果发现,只有用Ara-C、Ara-C+DNR(AD)、VCR+Pred(VP)和H+VCR+Ara-C+Pred(HOAP)测试的病例,其体外白血病细胞杀死率和临床化疗结果间存在明显的一致性。
