The parties agree that this NDA and all disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China excluding choice of law rules.

• 当事人同意本保密合约与因其所生之所有纠纷均应以中华民国台湾之法律为准据法，排除选择准据法之权利。
