The nature killer (NK)activity and the subset of lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood(PBL),ascitic fluid (EAL)and fresh tumor tissue(TIL)were studied on 31 cases of advanced ovarian carcinoma(AOC),using MTT,ID-IF methods.
