The mould filling process of rheo-diecasting of semi-solid magnesium alloy and die-casting of liquid magnesium alloy has been simulated with the computer program of mold filling process.

• 利用数值模拟技术,模拟了镁合金液态压铸和半固态流变压铸成形充型流动过程。结果表明:半固态流变压铸成形在不同的内浇口尺寸与位置条件下都可以获得平稳的充型流动场,其工艺参数设计灵活;
