The improved Ono rat heart transplantation models are administrated with different dosage of ZnSO4. We observe the apoptosis condition, detecte the expression of caspase-3 and measure the survival time of the heart graft.

• 本实验通过建立改良的Ono大鼠心脏腹腔移植模型,用不同剂量的ZnS仇对心脏移植后的实验动物模型进行处理,观察移植心脏心肌细胞凋亡情况、测定移植心脏心肌组织中casPase一3的表达、移植心脏存活时间。
