The half-year survival rates of patients treated by IPPV alone, IPPV + 5-FU and 5-FU alone were 16.7, 21.7, and 7.4%, average survival duration were 3.45, 4.39 and 2.59 months and remission ratesof clinical symt-oms were 66.7, 50.0 and 3.7% respectively.
