The guarantee period of the Equipment supplied by the Seller shall expire after 12(twelve) month counting from the date of Final Acceptance Certificate as per Chapter 7 of the present Contract.

• 卖方所提供的设备保质期按照合同第七章的规定：从最终验收合格证书接受日开始算起，有效期为壹年（12个月）。
