The genomic DNA of ten samples was amplified with 44 random primers. Only six primers (S1, S50, S81, S83, S1031, S1248) could produce clear fragments and obtained a total number of 81 fragments in ten samples amplified (Fig.1).

• 应用44种随机引物对10种麦红吸浆虫滞育虫态进行RAPD扩增,共筛选出6条随机引物S1,S50,S81,S83,S1031,S1248可以对10种麦红吸浆虫滞育虫态扩增出稳定清晰的多态性片断(附图1)。
