The experimental resuslts demonstrate that using hemoglobin water solution as sample directly can ob tain the best separation, and can omit the step of preparing globin chains and save the use of buffer solution.

• 结果表明，直接采用血红蛋白水溶液作为电泳测试样品，不仅分离珠蛋白肽链的效果良好，而且省去了珠蛋白肽链制备步骤，同时还节省了样品缓冲液。
